Founded with the idyllic farm-to-table consumer product, co-founder Karie Herring wanted to ensure that the olive oil she was personally using in her home was non-GMO, farmed and harvested from a family farm and knew exactly where the product originated. Hence, the origin of Oviedo Olive Oil where the products are grown, sourced, bottled and sold right here in the U.S. Grown from California Arbequina olives, Oviedo Olive Oil ensures the authenticity of pure extra virgin olive oil and adhering to the finest quality standards for premium olive oil. Our only import is our aceto balsamico tradizionale di Modena, which is "the real deal" of balsamic vinegar.
