Description
The chamber's breakfast seminar series, “Bagels & Business," meets the 4th Wednesday of each month at 8:00am in the Oviedo Mall Community Room.
Doors open at 8:00am with light breakfast and networking until 8:30am when the program will begin. The program will continue until around 9:30am, allowing time for our busy business professionals to make it to their work destinations.
Summary: Have you ever wondered what makes a great leader so effective? Why do people willingly and enthusiastically follow him or her? In this session, you will participate in an exercise to identify your leadership style and learn how to maximize your natural abilities to be a more effective leader. You will learn about Servant Leadership and Transformational Leadership styles, and how to implement each style to elevate your leadership skills to greatness and to get the results you desire.Presented by: Carl Hunter, Leadership Coach- BlackRain Partners
