Description
The chamber's breakfast seminar series, “Bagels & Business," meets the 4th Wednesday of each month at 8:00am in the Oviedo Mall Community Room.
Doors open at 8:00am with light breakfast and networking until 8:30am when the program will begin. The program will continue until around 9:30am, allowing time for our busy business professionals to make it to their work destinations.
This Month's Topic: How Improvisational Training Can Increase Sales: Improv is the act of working with what is given to you. Improv is used in many aspects of life from cooking in the kitchen, home repairs, music, comedy, and even in business. By using Improv exercises in sales and business training we allow individuals to think on their feet and become more creative. In Improv it is important for you to accept what is given to you and to build on it. Rejection and barriers can be challenging in business and hard to accept. Improv works on accepting those challenges and turning them into opportunities. We begin to learn that even though we may be vulnerable we are are still extremely capable.
As with our chamber Leads and Networking Groups, guests may visit twice before being required to join the chamber to continue attendance.
