Description
The chamber's breakfast seminar series, “Bagels & Business," meets the 4th Wednesday of each month at 8:00am in the Oviedo Mall Community Room.
Doors open at 8:00am with light breakfast and networking until 8:30am when the program will begin. The program will continue until around 9:30am, allowing time for our busy business professionals to make it to their work destinations.
Summary/ What You Will Learn:
In this session you will learn high level aspects of motivating your team by understanding how trust enables and enhances collaboration. This session will delve deeper into creating a culture of accountability and how to:
- Be a more accountable leader.
- Hold others accountable for results.
- Create an accountable culture.
- Better manage expectations.
