About Us
LH Care Management is an agency formed by an Aging Life Care Professional ®. We offer quality guidance by experienced professionals with professional Care Management services. We offer a holistic approach in caring for our clients. In addition to Care Management, we offer Personal Assistant/Companionship services and Concierge services such as errand running and personalized housekeeping services which includes help with decluttering and organization. Ensuring that our clients age in place is our top priority.
Are you far away from your loved one? Do you work long hours and are unable to check in on your loved one as much as you'd like. We can be your eyes and ears, boots on the ground, and your loved one's advocate.
Are you a solo ager? Do you need help, support, and guidance with navigating challenges. Allow us to step in to help.
