About Us

The Arbor School of Central Florida is an independent school serving students with disabilities ages 5 – 22. Our school uses a multi-sensory, therapeutic approach to support and enhance students' academic, social, and employment skills. Founded in 2002, Arbor School was created to fill the unique needs of the students by providing small group and one-on-one instruction and therapeutic supports such as language, music, and occupational therapy. Arbor students also participate in on-the-job workforce training to enhance the hard and soft skills needed for future competitive employment.

The mission of The Arbor School is to provide individualized educational, therapeutic, and workforce training and support to help people with disabilities achieve their full potential. Through our comprehensive program, which includes core academics, social skills training, speech, occupational, and music therapy, art, and transition to work, college, and independent living, our students can become independent, contributing members of our communities.
