Join the committee that coordinates the Winter Springs Festival of the Arts, a juried fine arts, jazz and wine festival which will take place from October 14-16 on beautiful Blumberg Blvd., located directly behind the Winter Springs Town Center (Tuskawilla Rd. & S.R. 434)
