Veteran's Initiative:
Do you have what it takes to be an entrepreneur?
Presented by:
Rafael Caamano, Our Resident Veteran and Site Manager-UCF BIP
As military men and women begin the next chapter of their lives, entrepreneurship is an appealing option. 45% of veterans start their own business after their military service is completed.
Your commitment to excellence, attention to detail, strategic planning skills, and focus on success are the same traits that make business owners successful.
The University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program (UCFBIP) and Kauffman FastTrac are joining forces to help veterans in the Orlando area realize their entrepreneurial dreams. We will be offering the FastTrac NewVenture Veteran Entrepreneur course to aspiring entrepreneur veterans who have an idea for a business, but need a plan and framework for successfully starting a new company. You will work alongside other veteran entrepreneurs and with the support network of experienced veteran entrepreneurs, mentors, and advisors.
We will be holding on hour information sessions to provide you more information on the course and answer questions you may have.
Please contact Peggy Allen to reserve a spot and get directions.
