Adults:
Introduction to Ayurveda with tips and suggestions to incorporate a daily, healthy and Ayurvedic lifestyle into today's family life. Presented by Earl Rigdon and Toya Afont from Ayurbeauty Wellness Center.
Children:
Combine movement, mindfullness and energy with FUN! Suitable for children between 3-12 years of age. Presented by Lisa Schreiber from Peace and Love Yoga
