Description
Adults:
Learn the basics of digestion in this FREE one hour workshop. Why is healthy digestion so important to physical and mental health, plus discover simple strategies to absorb all the goodness in the food you eat. Presented by Toni Crabtree.
Children:
While the adults are in their workshop, children ages 3 - 12 may particpate in a FREE class with FUNky Fit Mobile Fitness for Kids. Build community and character through play with Sara and Carlos Reyes.
