 Community Police Academy Returns to Oviedo Police Department  Oviedo, Fla. – After a long hiatus due to COVID restrictions, the Oviedo Police Department is pleased to announce the return of the Community Police Academy.  The academy begins February 8, 2023, and will be every Wednesday for ten weeks.  The academy runs from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. each week at the Oviedo Police Department. The academy is open to residents of the city who are interested in being engaged with the police and in the
