Canterbury is the perfect sacred space to enjoy a retreat in the sanctuary of nature and there are so many reasons to begin planning your personal retreat. Come on your own or bring friends with you.

- The retreat includes a few complimentary choices of guided meditation and Gentle Yoga.
Friday night will include prayer by the fire to the Lord Jesus Christ and mindful meditation. Saturday will begin and end with a prayer with two choices of Gentle Yoga classes. Sunday will begin with mindful breathing & meditation walk around Lake Gem connecting you with God.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner vegetarian Meals are included. These are seasonal and freshly prepared.
