Safety Around Water

Description

With water everywhere in Florida, the Y knows that

swimming is a life skill every child must learn to stay

safe, secure and enjoy the water.

Safety Around Water is a 4-day introductory swim

program for youth ages 4-12 years-old.

Each day, 5,000 children will enjoy water safety education

and character development lessons in a safe, structured

environment. YMCA Swim Academy instructors will instill

a love of the water while helping kids and parents build

safety skills and knowledge.

The program is free, open to the public and will be

offered at 20 Y locations across Central Florida. See
