Description
Join the Chamber at our Monthly Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, July 25th.
We will hear from Chait Renduchintala from the UCF Incubator about a Health Care Technology Entrepreneurship Certificate.
Certification Summary
A Non-Academic, No Credit certification we plan to offer once a year to a group of researchers, technologists, subject matter experts and health care practioners.
Certification Objective
The objective of the certification is to provide foundational knowledge, connections and a discussion forum that will help prospective entrepreneurs validate their ideas with mentors, customers and identify gaps.
Problem Statement
Health care technology entrepreneurship demands a diverse mix of (knowledge, Skill, Ability) KSA’s and understanding of a complicated, highly regulated environment. These ventures are more susceptible to high rates of failure due to knowledge gaps. The certification brings practical KSA training, led by SME’s and faculty and provides a platform for networking, ideation, knowledge acquisition and validation of a proposed entrepreneurial / intraprenuerial ventures.
