Description
The chamber's breakfast seminar series, “Bagels & Business," meets the 4th Wednesday of each month at 8:00am in the Oviedo Mall Community Room.
Doors open at 8:00am with light breakfast and networking until 8:30am when the program will begin. The program will continue until around 9:30am, allowing time for our busy business professionals to make it to their work destinations.
Summary/ What You Will Learn:
Leadership requires understanding of different personality styles and the common communication mishaps that often exist between different personality styles. This session focuses on explain WHAT the four personality styles are (DiSC), identifying your personality styles and learning how to how to best accommodate the needs of each personality style within your team and of your clients. Motivating others requires understanding first.
